Is there a minimum order or contract commitment?
No. We operate on a flat per-record and per-message basis with no minimum volume, no setup fee, and no licensing costs. You order what you need and pay exactly that. Month-to-month retainer arrangements are available for ongoing programs.
How quickly can you get a campaign live?
A standard program, from intake to first send, runs five to six business days. For urgent GOTV or time-sensitive situations, we have deployed in under 48 hours. That requires you to have your lists, creative, and compliance sign-off ready on your end.
How do you handle TCPA compliance?
Every send is reviewed by our compliance team before it goes out. We apply DNC scrubs, TCPA litigator scrubs, and opt-out suppression automatically. We also provide written compliance documentation for your records. Political communications receive specialized review given the distinct TCPA exemption framework that applies.
Where does your data come from?
Our 300 million record database is sourced, maintained, and updated in-house. We do not broker third-party files or resell wholesale data from other vendors. Voter file data is sourced directly from state secretaries of state and election boards and merged with our consumer intelligence layer.
Can I use your data with my own sending infrastructure?
Yes. Data purchases are delivered as clean, formatted files in your preferred format (CSV, JSON, or matched audience upload). You can use them with any sending infrastructure, upload them to Meta or Google directly, or have us manage the deployment end to end.
What is your pricing for large-volume programs?
Our flat rates apply at any volume, so 1¢ SMS is the same whether you are sending 10,000 or 10,000,000 messages. For multi-cycle enterprise programs or large-scale data agreements, volume pricing arrangements are available. Reach out and we will put a proposal together.
